Hajime no Ippo review
For a long time I succesfully avoided reading Hajime no Ippo, allthough knowing, that it is one of the longest running current mangas and widely regarded as a great sports manga. However after exhausting my backlog of mangas to read, I finally started it and read all 1000+ chapters in under two weeks. That alone should tell you, that I enjoyed Ippo.

I won't get into detail about the story, there are probably more than enough ressources to read about this. Basically it's about Ippo, a weak and shy boy, who gets bullied a lot. Through chance he meets the rising boxing star Takamura and joins the Kamogawa gym. He then starts his journey through the ranks of the boxing world in a quest to find out, what it's like to be truly strong.
After a while most of the time the manga follows a pretty strict formula. First a boxing match is announced and/or a new enemy is announced, then follows training and pre match strategy meetings, followed by the fight, followed by some "filler" like chapters that depict the every day life of the Kamogawa boxers in a generally humorous way.

While the story is mostly predictable, it is presented well enough to be interesting and continuing reading. The true strength of Hajime no Ippo lies in it's characters. While Ippo himself is a pretty one dimensional character, he is still likeable, and it's easy to identify with his struggles to find the self confidence needed in the ring. His gym mates are genuinely fun and interesting. Just for an example, there is Takamura, whose monstrous strength and eccentric behaviour makes him not only the star of the gym but also the center of most of the mangas humour, which you could either call archaic or classic. Either way it is funny.
Most of the time the opponent of Ippo are rather well written characters with their own motivation and a lot of them reappear either as recurring enemies or as new found friends or rivals. More than once I found myself conflicted who I wanted to win in a fight, Ippo or his opponent, which really shows, how much you can relate to these characters.
The only weak point within the casts are the opponents of Ippos gym mates. They are often just there to provide a match, but rarely get much of a backstory. While I can understand that most of the panels should focus on Ippo and his matches, a few more fleshed out fights for Aoki or Kimura would have been nice.

Then lets focus on the art for now, which is probably one of the most polarizing parts of the manga. You really see, that this manga is from a different era. Even with the slight variations in the style that the manga went through, it style can again be described as either archaic or classic. For fans of old school mangas this might be a plus point, but for me it wasn’t. I found the art to be functional but the character design is not my thing. Even more so I think a lot of the characters look bland, and more often than it’s tolerable I had problems remembering who a recurring character was just based on his face.
That doesn’t mean there aren’t good parts in the art however. The fights are exceptionally well done, the perspective used and the generous use of speed lines really makes certain scenes stand out. Especially whenever powerful moves are used, a turning point in a match occurs or the manga shows a knockout scene, you can really feel the impact of the attacks through the art alone.

Hajime no Ippo is definitely a good manga. While it might not have reached the expectations I had for its long running record, it is a good read and even non sport fans will probably enjoy the characters and their struggles. If you can cope with the archaic art style or even like it more than the current ones, you should try it out. If you start it you’ll have something to read for quite a while.

Shingan no Yuusha review
The story depicted in this manga is quite ridiculous. You have a standard isekai premise, except the protagonist is fighting with a tree log, there is a lot of ecchi and occasional sex scenes. There are also dick and butt jokes in it, unexplained things, unexpected story turns, and so on.

However, it gets ridiculous to the point where it is actually becomes funny and interesting. In a sense it reminded me of "Kyoufu no Bio Ningen Saishuu Kyoushi" anime. It gives similar insane and crazy vibe.

Short breakdown below:

Story: 5/10. It is nonsensical however, it is nonsensical in the "so bad it is good" kind of style. It is honestly the best not to think about it and not to look for any kind of logic in it and just bask in the insanity of it. The good thing it isn't dull, because events follow each other at breakneck pace, even though they often don't make sense. The not so good thing about it is that it sometimes throws extremely dark stuff into the plot (like sexual abuse) without much giving much thought to it. So, it is crazy and nonsensical to the point where it becomes amusing, but on the same way it is not for faint hearted people. Basically, a lot of crude jokes which are often funny (especially if you have twisted sense of humor), but sometimes go overboard.

Art: 6/10
It is above average "standard" modern anime art. Well drawn characters, some of them cutesy/adorable, without much to write home about.

Character: 4/10:
If you expect any character development, there isn't any. Characters are plot devices. They can be amusing in situation they're placed into, but they're not realistic in any way.

Enjoyment: 6/10:
I enjoyed it due to being ridiculous, and few jokes hit home. I'm not sure if the story had impact the author intended, though.

Overall: 6/10:
I believe it is the case of "so bad it is good" manga. The plot is nuts and nonsensical, but if you can enjoy crude and silly jokes (think 5-2 anime) and have thick enough skin to handle few places where it carelessly throws around topics that can be upsetting to many, it may be worth to check it out.

Basically, I found it to be unexpectedly fun due to its craziness. But you should proceed at your own risk.

Saitehen no Otoko a.k.a as Scumbag Loser is a classic example of a story that had potential to be very good, but unfortunately it never was able to maximize that potential due to various flaws.

Plot:
Saiteihen no Otoko starts off very mysterious, its premise is interesting and original. The story starts with our main character Murai Masahiko, Masahiko has the strange ability to notice odours and smells of various people. One day a girl he knew as kid transfers to his school, however her scent isn't the same.

Masahiko feeling suspicious decides to question this girl(Haruka) and is able to successfully identify her as a " pretender", though unlike your typical Mary Sue protagonist he agrees to be quiet as long as she pretends to be his girlfriend

After some days Masahiko notices that fellow classmates slowly are starting to change, unfortunately for Masahiko he can't prove anything even if his intuition tells him something is wrong.

Sound interesting right? Well it isn't but I'll get to that later.

Art:
The art is bearable to say the least. The major problem with the art that it's full of inconsistencies, sometimes it's very detailed and other times it feels flat out lazy and unpolished.

Thus in conclusion the art was never really able to maximise the atmosphere, or to build tension.

Character
Just Plain Horrible. Throughout the story the MC(Masahiko) is portrayed in a negative light, he has his creepy obsessions, his creepy fetishes but he isn't a bad character at the start, he's just a character you’re not supposed to feel sympathy for. This is all good until halfway when the author tries to take a 360 turn and decides to portray in a positive light. Masahiko was from very early on shown as a scumbag, but suddenly the author decides to say Fuck it all and tries to convince the audience that he had his "reasons" to act in such a manner and tries to make the reader sympathize with his struggles but it just doesn’t work.

Another thing that I disliked was the development of Haruka,in the first few chapters the interaction between Haruka and Masahiko was very exciting and entertaining, Haruka would drop subtle threats and would install fear upon the vulnerable Masahiko, she'd go as far to "transform" the only person Masahiko liked into another monster/demon. Frustratingly enough at the end guess what she did all those horrible things because she loved him. Yes dear readers if you love someone you have to ruin their lives, stalk them and treat them like livestock because that's love apparently.

Lastly and most annoyingly the author kept on introducing characters that really didn't matter to plot progression, maybe Saitehen no Otoko would have been better if the author dedicated his time to develop the two protagonists.

Conclusion
Though it started off with a lot of potential due to bad execution and horrible character development Saitehen no Otoko never really went anywhere, and in a sense it's a shame because the premise was an original one

I enjoyed the first few chapters when I thought it was going to take a "psychological thriller/horror" pathway, but after chapter 7-8 it just falls in quality and plot and thus not worth bothering to waste your time.

Final Rating
Story: 4/10
Art: 5/10
Character: 3/10
Enjoyment: 4/10

SORE GA KANOJO NO SEIGI NARA review
Its not easy to find a good manga that would really suitable with your taste. In my case, i love ecchi one so i love any manga that related to ecchi things but of course with good story or at least its easy to enjoy and Sore ga Kanojo is something that not really what i liked the most but its worth for those who want to read something light and fun.

Sore ga Kanojo no Seigi Nara or belief and sex in english is a manga that been published since 2010 until 2012 by Sanada Rin. This manga focusses on Yuki who live with his dad's old friend since his parents are "stuck" in their lovey-dovey moments. Family that with he lives now isnt-your-typical-family. The head of the house is an erotic author novel who have 3 children and they all are girls. Furthermore, she habitually forces her three daughters into embarrassing sexual situations!

As you imagine after reading the synopsis, this manga would involves so many ecchi things. You can said fanservice is their "main course" in this manga from naked moments to BDSM though in the end there wouldnt any intersexual course like Nozoki Ana. Not only sexual things that this manga provided but there is also some funny moments that at least would chuckled you out. Yuki, our main characters is the reason of this. His reaction to all the "abuse" that the mother (head of the house) to her children is amusing to watch and beware, there would be so many nosebleed moments.

This manga is certainly like a roller coaster there is the moments where this manga is shines the most but there is also a moment where this manga is plain as hell. Plain in this means like the some stories is really forgetable and also it feels there isnt any connected story between each chapters, each chapters presenting their-one-story-chapter and the next chapter standing as it was alone. In general, There isnt anything to be worth to mention. Yes it was fun to read this manga but it wasnt that fun to remember it.

The characters in this manga is quite likeable. They are have their own uniqueness like Yuki, our main character despite his scary face, he is kind, easy to get nosebleed, a liitle bit emotional and also kinda loner because of his looks. One of our main heroines is Aya, one of three girls in the house. She is your typical perfect heroines which is smart, famous, beauty and submissive. To the point, this submissiveness is the core of this manga since mainly the story is about how Tsumugi handling her mother's "sexual harassments". There is also the other daughters, like Tsumugi the oldest one which is have slutty personality (no pun intended) and Sarasa the youngest one which is not-really-that-innocent. But all above that, of course the culprit of these all, Kiryuu Kinu. their mother which is erotic novel writer who tends to tease and forcefully his daughters to get into embarassing situation. Unfortunately, other than Aya the other characters is like side characters. They didnt have enough screentime and this makes the lack of the developments for other characters.

The art is really great. First of all , each backgrounds in this manga is quite detailed and really suitable with every scenes. Then the characters design especially the girls is really great. The girls is drawn beautifully and in the same time erotically, it perfectly fits with the ecchi themes. Though there isnt any special but so far this section is the best for this manga.

In the end, this manga is for someone who're looking for ecchi manga that they would like to spend on with without concerning any plot. I didnt say this anime is bad with the story but honestly this manga is purely for someone who're seeking for fanservices.
