Unbalance x2 review
I've read a great deal of mangas and I have to say this has to my favorite of them all. My opinions have changed over time but I feel this one will always stay on top of my list.

This manga achieves outstanding artwork and is a factor the keeps the viewer glued. I started reading this manga at 9pm, and I finished all 9 volumes despite having final exams next week. I'm glad I didn't miss this because even though the plotline is predictable, the development of characters and the artist's ability to draw in the viewer is flawless.

Unlike some other great manga that are super long like Conan, Unbalance x Unbalance has real developments in relative few chapters. So the viewer doesn't feel like he's wasting his life just to find out details in bits and pieces. The romantic relationship between the main character Jin-ho and his homeroom teacher Nah, Hae-young develops steadily; unlike the disgustingly long relations we see in Naruto b/w Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura, this manga's pace makes it seem to be in real time.

I'm especially into a kind of romantic mangas/anime, and even though I loved Kimi no Iru Machi, this manga rivals and beats it without a doubt. I'm surprised how undervalued this manga is. Too bad the publications stopped after Chapter 72 of Volume 9. I shouted out loud at the injustice of not having a publisher for this manga. Apparently some party of the development process went bankrupt.

I demand this manga back! It's my favorite and I need it now!

Unbalance x2 review
What I feel about this manga
I enjoyed this manga alot. if i were to review with out my bias', then I would give this solid 8 or even an 8.5(ok my bias is kicking in, ok whatever, i can't even give it a bias free score) my score for this manga is 10. i'll try to keep this review/opinion short.

Story
Romance between student and teacher and the trials they have to face together. the story is well written. it has many plot twists that will give you at the edge of your sit. it has harem, ecchi and romance, some fight scenes as well but i would like it if it had more fighting. the characters past could have been more explained espicially the male lead's and the ending could have been better, its not bad by any means but kinda rushed for me.

Art
Excellent art. nothing much to say about that. its an ecchi and most ecchi manga have great art (obviously to show some female beauty)

Character
the main two characters are great. they don't get annoying as the series progresses but some side characters can and will get annoying or repetitive trying to show their love. the main male lead is not a whim, has manliness and backbone, not all talk. And the main female lead is good as well.

Enjoyment
I loved it. 10 for me. it was hard to stop reading until the very end.

Conclusion
this is not a masterpiece but still a great manga. again my bias is scoring this manga for me.
give me some feedback on what i need to improve for a better review. Thanks

Unbalance x2 review
This series is definitely one that gets better as one reads on. It started out rather weak, having nothing to distinguish itself besides barely above average art from the usual rabble of ecchi fanservice manga/manhwa.

Certainly, the first half of this series is ... well, not very good. The writer insisted on using cheap and unrealistic manga/anime gimmicks to bring the two protagonists in embarrassing situations and to bring them closer, it really felt like a half-assed effort that couldn't possibly form a believable plot.
Just when I thought that Unbalancex2 was destined to be nothing more than thinly-veiled ecchi fanservice, it actually started to deviate from that. The plot started to thicken, manga drama gimmicks (at least the really cheap kind) became rarer and rarer, and the characters had reached a point in development where I could really get behind them and understand them.

It took a while, but by the end the series had managed to make me care for both protagonists and to actually root for them to get together (which wasn't the case for majority of my reading). I liked the protagonist, especially how he didn't have trouble seeing through people and the usual drama tricks didn't seem to work on him. He had plenty of faults, but he wasn't a helpless stand-in for the reader that was just getting dragged along wherever the plot needed him to be.

All in all, Unbalancedx2 reaches a point, somewhere midway, where it seems like it's an entirely different work before and after. It also explores a lot of the moral implications of a teacher growing feelings for his/her students. In the end the answer it provides (don't be a teacher anymore) is nothing new and rather simple, but it works well enough and I enjoyed the fact that people were not afraid of calling her out on the sheer insanity of pursuing a relationship with a student.

The art was good, the plot started as little more than fanservice excuses but ended up being solid, an I liked the characters introduced.

An 8/10 from me, if only because it managed to make the last few arcs not suck, something I honestly had not expected.

tl;dr: Hold of judgement on this manhwa until after you've read the first 5 volumes or so.

Unbalance x2 review
Let me state this right now: UxU had potential to get a really high rating, a 9, but just no.

Unbalance x Unbalance is school based ecchis romance comedy with some drama. It looks like every other average title with same genres and cliche ideas, but then it hits to your face with the characters, good pace and out of blue moments making it enjoyable to read.

Myung Jin-Ho, our mc, is a lazy fuck, like me, but extremely kind yet a total badass. His life philosophy is superior, it's twisted and fucked up, someone could say unbalanced, yet interesting more than anything. If someone hurts his friends, he goes to berserk and fixes the situation. He doesn't care if that's just a little girl, he kills that bitch and moves on. Gosh, I love that guy. Most of the situation he is in, are intense, emotional and hooking. Could say something similar to Great Teacher Onizuka's appearance. Everyone knows Onizuka is the best character ever, right? The atmosphere makes even hardcore readers sweat.

Hae-Young Nah, isn't meh or nah at all, unlike my jokes, but very interesting female character. Moreover, she has huge breasts. She goes trough some intense and dramatic shitz, showing how many sided character she actually is. Her character development being pretty awesome. What makes UxU unique is the way 2 totally different characters are building relationship. How author manages to connect them life together and show how much they effect to each others.

Unfortunately the awesomeness stops before the manga ends. The point where UxU fails is the last volume. Mangaka started also being lazy fuck like me and the MC guy. Writing goes fully retarded during last chapters, characters start to act out of them character, ending is rushed and forced. The manga is not satisfying with the ending and reader is never rewarded. Higher rating would feel like I'm fooling myself and others.

Unbalance x2 review
Unbalance x Unbalance (UxU) is a Harem, Ecchi, Romance manhwa dealing with what will become some interesting love affairs. It's remarkable how this manhwa portrays this sort of forbidden romance, however for a title that had so much potential, I'm not too please with how it all turned out.

Enter Jin-Ho Myung, a seemingly regular guy, coasting through his High School life. That is until a new homeroom teacher, Hae-Young Nah enters the picture. It is by some amusing coincidences that the two have several run-ins with each other and it were these unusual circumstances that sparked an interest between the two. From there the story for this harem is rather exciting in the way that it is not so straight-forward, when compared with most of the childish harems, in the familiar High School setting, as there are plenty of twist. Another thing I appreciate is that it doesn't focus on trying to find as many ludicrous opportunities to show some panties, but rather just dealing the main issues at hand. However as the chapters go on and a lot of the romantic ties remain unsettled, the story tends to drag and actual progress occurs at a snail's pace. Also there were some very questionable moments throughout the duration of its serialization, especially towards the end.

Yet just like with some of Dal Young’s other works, the artwork is pretty much perfect for this kind of manhwa and it is really hard to find any major bad points to it. There are well drawn environments but of course your attention will be on the characters. Sure there are plenty of well-endowed, attractive young ladies, which is what makes this an ecchi romance in the first place; however the guys also look appealing and that’s a rarity within the genre. Though one thing that irked me from time to time is the perpetual blushing. Once you yourself notice it, you'll struggle to un-notice it.

Well like in any romance, the story and artwork mean nothing without the characters to help bring it all to life. UxU does that well, with some very intriguing character personalities that do not follow the usual criteria (well not always). The male protagonist is a welcome change from all the typical "loser-kuns" or the incredibly "nice guys" we find in harems, however it’s easy to have mixed feelings on Jin-Ho because of how he operates. In short, Jin-Ho can be a bit of an a-hole. Then there’s Hae-Young, who is an attractive and nicely portrayed heroine and has plenty more appealing traits. Together they make some interesting chemistry, something that's needed to make any couple or potential couple interesting, which is where I think the title fell short. Not all the girls had interesting chemistry with Jin-Ho, so in the end they felt more like side characters, than the main characters they were meant to be.

Overall UxU is one of my favourite harem titles, which really doesn't feel like a harem title, because it shows a relationship not hindered by typical indecisiveness but by society’s judgement. Yet at times it does feel like the mangaka it constantly trying to impede on any real romantic development, with some indecisiveness on the female-front. Jin-Ho can be a bit of an a-hole and his action's may irk some, but he is still a refreshing change from the norm and it was nice seeing him persevere, in his own way. It's a shame the author couldn't do the same and persevere with the quality of the story, as the story took a turn, in the final volume and degenerated into what cannot be described better than a generic Korean soap opera drama. The ending just felt cobbled together turning UxU into one of those titles that had so much potential, but screwed it up towards the end. So if you enjoy your harems or romances then be sure to check this one out, even if the story ends out of balance.

Unbalance x2 review
First review I write. Why? Because if i don't say what i have to say i will explode.

The story is a romantic comedy between a student and his teacher. The teacher, of course, looks like a model and have breasts enough to cause chronic back pain.
A very simple premise but its quite fun to read even if it contains some absurd situations.
Another interesting thing is that it's a manwha so, despite all the hundreds of manga you can find, it's situated in south korea and... well, i have learned that there are some different things in this country that makes the story more original.

The art is good enough, i haven't read much manga but I don't consider this great nor bad.

The characters, the both main characters are very good. It's not normal for me to like both main charcters because I'm used to hate them, and if we are talking about a male that it's a student....
The male main character is a student who has his ideas clear, when he sees that he likes te teacher he say it to her, even with all the problems that there were between both, even when she is 6 or 7 years older. He is a halfdelinquent, he has very low grades, he skip classes and has "that" past when he kicked everyone. Not now. Just until you disturb his friends, if that happens he will crush who he wants, it doesn't matter if we are talking about a boy or a girl. That's very interesting, i'm tired about super ethic main characters.... fuck you all and learn.

The teacher is quite inetersting but not something out of normal. Tsundere, gorgeous, sharp, ADULT, etc.

There are more characters but well, there are not much to say. The friends are nice, the boy above all, and the other teacher is also good, the others are that characters that makes you think "and when do they die?". If you end up the manga and you don't think that Jae-Kyung Park deserves a kick in his face...............

So, why only a 7? Why i was to score it a 9, then an 8 and now an 7?
Because it has THE WORST FUCKING ENDING EVER. Wha! Finnally I said it! This is why i'm here, because it pissed me off. I can't imagine what it has to be read week by week this and find this end after all.

Ok, said that, it's worth reading it even with that ending? Yeah sure, just don't wait a great end.

Sorry if i have said something weird, english it's not my first or second language.

Unbalance x2 review
Unbalance X Unbalance (or UxU) is a story about forbidden love between a student and a teacher, and the problems that arise from it. It's written by the infamous Im Dall Young, who is a great writer of female stories, but really sucks at finishing stories. So, after the heartbreak of leaving the Freezing manga, picking up UxU really assuaged my withdrawl symptoms.

Story: 9
Its a great harem/ecchi/romance story. The Main Character picks the right girl in the end despite some really twisted circumstances that could turn him away. Again, manga does explore some forbidden areas of society, and this one does it well. It is paced well (for the most part) and it is also concise. Im Dall Young's writing style is extremely intense in this manga, but is also satisfying at the end... for the most part.
If i was judging this by potential, it would be a 10. This manhwa had so much potential to comtinue and introduce more plot, complication, and relationship strengthening. However, Young chose to cut it short, which has its merits, but I still felt as if it were missing something. Cutting it short meant rushing the ending, inserting a catalyst and closure within the span of 2 chapters, which is fast in comparison to the rest of the manhwa.
Therefore a solid 9/10 for story, with a deduction due to the ending/ minor plot holes.

Art: 10
Im dall Young seems to always pair up with Lee Soo Hyun, and needless to say, I am in love with his drawing style. You see it in Freezing, both manga and anime, and it is just so well proportioned (Well except for the chest, but that doesn't matter to me) and the style just seems to lend itself toward beautiful women. However it is not just character design, there are also alot of action scenes that were framed well, and damn, everything is just beautiful.

Character: 10
Originally thought it was a 9, but then after looking back at it from the standpoint of judging character away from the Plot, its definitely a 10. All the main Characters are faceted, and none are really flat characters. Each has a personality that is kept throughout the Manhwa, although by the end there is a change in affection. MinHo's steadfast determination is also commendable, and really drives this piece.

Enjoyment:10
Although it does not feature some of my more favorited categories (such as fantasy, mecha, magic, supernatural, etc.) it still does well within the boundaries of the real world. It's a refreshing take that is set in reality, and thats were the appeal really is. Male readers can identify with MinHo liking his super hot teacher, and the success of that relationship only increases the enjoyment of male readers. I'm not a Female so I can't claim the same for them, but Personally I feel like this manhwa was very enjoyable.

Overall:
Wavered between a 9 and a 10, but decided to give it a 10. It isn't perfect, but it is definitely close. It's an outstanding Manhwa that I would recommend reading to anyone who enjoys the genre, but it isn't a masterpiece. I would definitely give it a try if you enjoy romance, ecchi, etc. So, breaking it down, 3 for Art + 2 for characters + 2 for Story +3 for enjoyment = 10 overall

Gonna try to keep this brief. But i really wanted to like this. It was something with some interesting ideas.

But for me it just fell flat. I did have to force myself to finish this just because it didn't feel right to drop it. Especially when compared to other manga's i'v deemed not worth reading and dropped.

Let me start out with this. The main character is awful. In fact just about all the characters are awful. Not from the characters design but because of their personality. Main character is always doing dumb crap. The teacher is annoying at a good amount of times. The main character tends to force himself on the teacher.

But something else that i feel needs brought up that would be the completely unneeded love triangle. This is something that bothers me about manga and even a good amount of anime. They make these characters that are after the Male character leads D. At first i only thought it was going to just be a romance story between TeacherxStudent, Then it came crumbling down. This should have just been between the two characters. But we are slowly introduced with more and more characters.

The one i want to bring up the most is the Student president. She is one of the nicest girls and would actually like her to be a the main love interest in another story. But in this she is forced to like the main character even though the entire audience already knows that she isn't gonna get with him.

It's annoying because we tend to have these nice and good characters that are reduced to nothing more than something as fan service or throwaway characters.

I could go on about how this was a let down. But i don't want to be here all day. Overall it's just a alright story nothing good happening. I would recommend Unbalanced x3. It is much better.

Unbalance x2 review
This is my first Manwha/Manga review so please be patient and bear with me. Onwards we go!

Now, have you ever thought to yourself what it would be like to have feelings for a teacher, and on why it has such a controversy? Or why it isn't accepted in our society? 'What's' so wrong with such a relationship? Well, some people might say age, so lets say this. A boy is 7 years younger than the woman he loves, (19 - 26) his friends start to find out what they're relationship is like, and all of a sudden seem to think that such a relationship is wrong because others, such as normal society, a relationship like that is unacceptable, as when he is in his 30's the woman is in her near 40's but when time continues to press on such things like age end up being a trivial matter.
You might have seen it and you could have already gone through such controversy, you could even be someone going into such a relationship now. It's mainly when (for example) an 17 year old dates maybe a 13 year old, and people seem to frail, curse and even alienate the two couple thinking that the relationship they're in, is either just plain disgusting or totally unacceptable like it's some kind of sin. But what if, let's say, 10 years down the line they are still dating, now it's only a 23 year old dating a 27 year old. That's only a 4 years difference, now is there something wrong with that? I will think you will find that is expectable. They could have just started dating at that age, but I bet no one would say that kind of relationship is wrong, would they? But if it was the ages I mentioned then somehow all of sudden its just, wrong? That just seems a little unjustifiable, the facts are there and in my mind stated probably only a few of them. If you love someone, love them! Why hold back on something as petty as that? If that's the case, ask yourself this question, do you really love them? Actually no that's not right question to be asking, more like, could you still love them that you can't get over a simple obstacle like age, when there is going to be much tougher and harder times than that down the line?
Some people may say their status, for example student and teacher. But then again here is my argument, they are still in a man and a woman who are single with hormones flying all over the place and their hearts looking to be cared for and loved. Just the fact she is a teacher and likes a student all of a sudden makes it wrong? But if we were to take her status as a teacher away, would we still be saying their relationship is wrong? Would we still be finding the couple unacceptable? However way we ought to look at it, it's just a simple problem of ones status or age difference, yet changes ones mind on how they think and perceive things.

Unbalance x Unbalanace (UxU) is a Harem, Ecchi and Romance manhwa that deals with such controversies and along the line deal with some very interesting love affairs. When I started reading it, I just couldn't help myself but to continue till the end.

Story (8/10) - Jin-Ho Myung a regular, ordinary human who just seemingly sites back and walks through High School life. But the day comes when he decided to return a wallet to a woman for what seemed to be from the courtesy of his heart, but as it turns out he really stole some money so he could really buy a book that he really wanted. Unfortunately for him the woman wasn't having none of it, and thus wanted him to pay her back. Funny thing is, this woman, Hae-Young Nah will become his and the classes new home room and maths teacher. The hand of fate seems to of brought them together or was it just fate messing with them both. Anyways, the hate relationship goes on but over time things start coming apparent.
Now I won't say anymore on it, because the story is quite brilliant, well thought and put together, so the story of a teacher and her student, normally you see relationships like these in Hentai's and even if they are an Anime, the scenarios just tend to be fake, the progression races or the story just feels off and rushed. But this Manwha, no! The story is very well done, and you kind of see what it could really be like. The story takes it step by step and shows you all sought of problems that this boy will have to go through and they are some real tough problems. The story is brought together beautifully, each problem they went through progresses the story more and help bring it to its finale. I will however say, the ending did come a little unexpected like the author had to end the illustrations or something all of a sudden, it just felt like it had to speed up all and in the end kind of left a cliff hanger, but still a lovely wonderful and suited ending nonetheless. Some bad points about the story aren't easy to spot, but they are there for example the ending, and at times the problems that the characters were enduring went on more than they should have, also some characters that were introduced and progress the story suddenly just up and disappear from the face of the manwha (you know what I mean when you read it).

Art (9/10) - The art was simply magnificent, the characters designs really fit their personality. The teacher and the girls, were all beautifully drawn and looked sexy, gosh, especially the teacher if I had a teacher like that I wouldn't mind falling for her. But I don't... so... yeah... the background was very well detailed, even the fighting scenes was very well portrayed, and yes there was a fighting scene. I don't know what it was but it really felt like you knew what was going on with a little imagination, the art really gave you a sense of understanding of the situations, if it was emotion the characters were going through, the fighting scenes, love, betrayal, all of these you had a sense of what was really going on and in the characters minds. You understood what was going on due to the art. It's nice to know what's going on instead of being lost and having to use your imagination more than you need to, the art and the story should be able to portray itself. Also where there was coloring done, it was done beautifully, bring you a sense of reality, and damn how they colored the teacher, bufff, man is she fit. Moving on.

Characters (10/10) - What can I say, the characters is what made this manwha a whole. Just simply brilliant how each character had a role to play and they played it to perfection. The teacher not knowing what she really wants, coming to terms with her feelings, the high school boy stepping up to the plate and not backing down even when it got tough. The main character really took the initiative and stood to it, didn't start having second thoughts or thinking that this relationship is wrong or it wouldn't work, no! He knew what he was feeling and acted accordingly, although he still didn't really experience true love and knowing what it was like to be in certain situations, he did sometimes be a bit dense and feeling helpless. That's normal, the situation with Ji-Soo Ho, although to be portrayed as some real asshole and you might end up really hating the character but it won't be long till you contradict yourself and really finding that you fricking love how awesome Jin-Ho Myung is. Plus he wasn't even self denial he accepted what he did was wrong and did what real men might not of done. In the end every character they ever entered the story really end up becoming rememberable throughout the whole story.
At times the characters were dense and were dwaddling about with their feelings but yet not doing anything about it, so some aspects of the certain scenarios of the story continued longer than it had to, but still I guess I understand if you were all in this situation and the person you loved is in fact in love with the classes home room/maths teacher, I guess you wouldn't know what to do or how to act. Furthermore to add is that some characters were introduced through certain scenarios of the story and then just disappear, I did feel like something more could have been done with them, although saying that probably would have made things difficult and awkward, but then again they seem to have importance. Each character had their distinctive marks and really shown as characters and brought everything together. Even the newly introduced character Caroline Pendleton even though short, had impact, and in the end even she was a memorable character as well as she compelled the characters to accept their feelings and help them through situations and when times got though, how lovely is that? There were minor problems and the fact of how most of the important stuff was done to what I think perfection, then I think I can overlook them and give this a 10. If it had a .5 system then it would be 9.5 if I was to include the certain things mentioned above but there isn't so deal with it. I still think it deserves a ten.

Enjoyment (9/10) - Now this being my first manhwa, I won't say much because I honestly think I like to have experience reading these kinds of things before really telling you if it was enjoyable or not. Because its like first getting into the anime, the first anime you watch usually ends up being one of your favorites because it was the one that got you into anime in the first place. Thus, it was probably more enjoyable that it probably actually was. If you was to say, watched 100 animes then go back to it, would you still be saying the same thing?
Nonetheless I could say it was very enjoyable. Reason being is you just have to keep going just to see what the turn out would be, and how characters were going to deal with the problems they were faced with. You don't end up reading just 5 chapters and be done with the day, no! You really sit back and take the environment in and while sitting on the edge of your seat waiting for the outcome. You will experience being, annoyed, angry, hatred, love, happy, sad, frustrated you will feel all kinds of emotion and thoughts as the story progresses, and I think that's right! Because you're getting into such a relationship with a teacher, it isn't going to be just lovey dovey and be done with it. There is a lot more to it than that, and to be honest there is going to be more bad feelings than good. But like the title implies Unbalance x Unbalance, and if you know your maths minus x minus equals positive and all of those bad feelings together really ends up giving it a positive feel to it. Also the unbalance becomes balanced. Tehe, I like how I explained that.

Overall (9/10) - This manwha, for when you start, will blow your mind (it did with me). Your on the edge of your seat in each scenario wondering what will happen. While other times let you just sit back and enjoy. The story really works well and becomes a whole by the end and still leaves you to think what becomes of them. Art you will be amazed by, how well everything is detailed from emotion to the background and just how sexy and good looking those girls are and damn those oppai's were awesome! Let alone the boys alone really did look good and suit their character. And finally the characters themselves make this a whole and manwha to enjoy. If you're not into such relationships because it always turns out a little fake give this a shot but if you hate this kinda thing fullstop then don't bother. Although if you got this far and still on this page and looking through reviews then that must mean your interested, right? Also if you're a person you just can't stand when friction and hard times be fall the main characters or with their friends then don't bother with this as this could get heart wrenching, although not much it still tugs at it. Other than that, I recommend it to everyone else. Certainly is a manwha you should read and shouldn't leave in your plan to read list. Though I wanted to find something really ecchi like To Love-Ru Darkness and this is what I got and in the end it wasn't really that all ecchified. The ecchi was where it was called for and for some reason the ecchi that was done helped the story or help make up a new scenario it was quite fantastic.

That is my first manwha review, I hope you all liked it. I might be doing more in the future. Because this really got me into reading Manga/manwha now. See ya all in the next review.
