Personally, I would definitely recommend this to read. Although, as of the time I'm writing this there are only 20 translated chapters (4 volumes out of 12), it stops at such an interesting point and it doesn't seem there's anyone willing to pick it up, again (it was dropped the first time and another group picked it up). It's well-written and a great story.
That's also the reason I'm writing this review, in the hopes of getting more people to give it a quick read or something.

Now, Baggata Way is one of those not well known series that is absolutely great. I can't say I've read many sport series or even watched, but what sets this one apart from the rest is that it isn't male-centric. The series follows the Girls Lacrosse Club so naturally it's full of a bunch of cute girls playing sports. Also, I wouldn't call it yuri or shoujo ai but the shipping possiblities are endless plus, Danchou totally has the hots for the captain. There is also some subtext.

Story: 9/10
Each chapter fits together nicely and continues on making you want to read more, to which you may even find yourself absorbed into it, which is why having it as incomplete is a drag to read. The story so far is great, and I am completely enjoying every chapter. I'd say if it was completed I'd probably give it a 10 but for the fact it is yet to be complete I feel it's only a 9, but could very easily become a 10 with time. I also feel it could be put under slice of life as well, I felt happy reading it and I mean perhaps even under comedy because I was honestly laughing quite a bit while reading, especially with out twin duo.

Art: 9/10
Personally, I enjoyed the art style very much. It was the neat and consistent and I enjoyed each panel. This type of art style also happens to be a personal favourite. I find that it fits quite well with the story and it isn't doesn't have ridiculous fan service bits frequenting, nor does it have tonnes of panty shots while playing (I think they're wearing spats though).

Character: 9/10
There's a range of diverse characters that I was happy with the variety of each. wouldn't say the story itself is very character-driven but the relationships between the characters are what helps them move forward and carry on. Within the 12 woman team of lacrosse, they all seem pretty somewhat realistic and they're all unique in their own way to which it easy to remember them even though there's 12, also many of the characters are shippable as well for you yuri and shoujo ai lovers, the possibilities are endless and with the different types of each character it just makes it a lot more fun, if you're into that. Personally, I couldn't stop reading because of the story itself, I was too absorbed in the plot.

Enjoyment: 10/10
Reading what's translated of this series I found myself laughing and found it quite enjoyable indeed. This series also had me feeling rather nostalgic and I may have even had an adrenaline rush. It reminded me of the days where I played hockey and gave me that feeling of determination for victory. I like all the characters, yeah they're cute but they've also appear to have grown on me. I'll most likely re-read this until there are more chapters translated, which I hope there will be. If I could I'd buy it! Although I'd rather it be in English if I were to purchase it.

Overall, as first stated, I'd recommend this to anyone who likes a good sports story, the feeling of competitiveness and the desire to win. While unfortunately it is not fully translated yet I feel that it will bring about a great ending this series deserves.
