Okay, this review is going to be simple.
(This is just my opinion)

The story was great, It doesn't have any part where you can question much the story, personally I liked it a lot but the end left me a little thing that I didn't like was the official winner of the race, but it wasn't a bad ending either, it's just me.

The art is excellent for me there are very small details in everything, but in some cases in the starting pages there was a few draws that contrast, because everything was excellent and just one draw was strange.

The characters are great in speccial Funny Valentine, Gyro and Johnny. Diego Brando was very special too. But the alternate Diego Brando wasn't great maybe just good because he was some how a flat character.

The enjoyment is excellent, there wasn't slow moments, maybe the jokes of gyro are very stranges, but if you know about the context, they're funny.

The overall it's 9.5 or 10, it was a very good part of this franchise. When I started to read I think it was overrated or "overhyped" but then I realized that it wasn't, for me I think is one of the top 4 mangas at the moment.
