The world in this series contains dragons, fires coming out from rocks. Anything goes. There are half something half something. Heroes, and demons. That kind and it is great. It usually is. Those kind of world. Anyway, The heroes are here, the MCs, but it's not what you might think. First, I'll have to tell that they came from the modern era, our world, with high schools, universities, and the bunch.

So here they are, summoned. To save and do hero stuff. Hehe. This series entertained the possibility, that a selected hero might be not possess a hero quality. They are just a bunch of ordinary kids, some diluted with their own sense of justice, a kids justice if you know what I mean. They are four of them and one of them, not so different from them, the focused character, after trials and challenges, was shaped to become a better person, a better closer picture of his purpose there.

it is the story of being different, of prejudice. Basically if you look stupid, you are treated stupid. That is this story here. But not all are that in this manga. Unfortunately, this fault comes from the majority of them, and sadly, this character is most prominent in those with power, but not all. And there is no subtlety in them.

It is not the usual manga 'cause it involves the adventure of finding money, finding shelter, food, and thus let us, readers, discover the world, as the mc stumble around. He is a university dude, so he is a bit mature from the rest of the batch. He is fragile, so he does have a not so built character. If someone hurts his feelings, he'd mope, have hissy fits. Basically, easy to turn bitter, and at some part, vengeful. And I like this kind. This manga is great. I like this kind of story. It shows us the weakness of a normal human character. It is very relatable. Unlike those close to perfect saints that got the mc role of a manga. See, I believe that if he was not given in to a circumstance that'd make him different, but better person, it is highly likely that'd he'd end up as an ignorant character that'd take things likely just like the rest.

It is a variety of things. and it involves the development of a person, and be better. Though the banters, scripts, and power ups are the usual thing, and I am a fun, what makes this a good read is due to its story. So no matter how overused this kind of setting is, if the story is good/development is great, then no matter how stale the setting, readers will always find like this series fresh and new, like a springing lively fish caught a few seconds ago.

And just now, during the writing of this review, a new arc is being introduced, and I'm all hyped about it. the story and the development is great.

The bad point. Let see.... Well, the part where soldiers, subjects, and even nuns and the pope in their country is fully infected with the prejudice that we are talking about, in this world, we are shown that people that serves, protect and care are almost all so cruel, and vengeful, bitter, harsh. Though on the countryside, and a .0002 % people in the kingdom are "nice", it still implausible. I just think the writer should have been more subtle about it. But since it's shounen genre, where subtlety would just be a waste, them it is justifiable...

anyway this is 8 / 10.

You should read from the first 5 chapters to get the story of it. the first or so is comedic and kind of the usual manga thing...
