It's Hentai but you can't really see what is happening, so it's not very interesting and not even fap material.
And in fact I've seen quite a number of hentai with a better plot, some also with better art.

Because the "plot" is: MC get isekaied in a world where there's no male, he discovers that the women here died young but he can save them by fucking them, and there's also rapist monster, so MC goes on a journey to fuck girl. The author tries to make it seem like there a deeper plot but it's hard to believe when entire chapters are dedicated to the MC fucking his harem.

But if you want to get an idea, just read the first few chapters, at least it shows it's true colors from the beginning, it's funny for 5~6 chapter then it's really boring.
