First of all, I'm against of Yume Nikki having an adaptation. The game is all about how you, yourself personally interpret it. This manga can count as a fanfiction, honestly, as the creator, Kikiyama hasn't confirmed anything. This is my first review so please be gentle. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLAY THE GAME.


Story: 1/10
As mentioned, this is just some edgy fanfiction written by the mangaka. The story is hard to follow and everything is happening too fast. It's a 9 chapter manga after all and Yume Nikki is a huge open world game. You just can't sum it up on that few chapters.

Art: 3/10
I don't have much to say about it. The art is not that good and can be counted as lazy at some points.

Character: 2/10
It's obvious how badly written all the characters are, they're doing everything without any reason.

Enjoyment: 1/10
Reading this manga, I was just annoyed and confused.

Overall: 2/10
Just cause Madotsuki is a qt. One of the worst adaptations ever.
