This manga, in my opinion, is unfortunately not that popular and I think it deserves more praise than it already has. Minor spoilers (I think) below.

What I liked about this manga is its good mystery plot and character relationships since it shows how the characters what they feel about what they did 5 years ago and the consequences this incident would have on their lives when somebody finds out about it. It is really a compelling read because the suspense it keeps up in the earlier chapters until the climax is enough to get me to turn to the next page. The art is also one of its good points since it is able to portray emotions and atmosphere really well. For the characters, in my opinion, aside from Tsubaki and Shin, the other characters could have been more fleshed out and I would have liked to know what they were thinking in certain parts. As for Shin, he's a special case since you can't really tell what he's thinking, but one thing is certain: he just wants his friends to live a normal life after what had happened 5 years ago and move on.

On the other hand, I would think that one of the reasons this manga was not that good is because of the lack of backstory in their elementary school days (if I remember correctly) since a mystery-like plot would need something of a backstory since a culprit needs to be someone that was already mentioned beforehand according to Knox's Decalogue. I think it lacked that backstory since the target audience wouldn't be able to figure it out unless the story tackles it midway. This wasn't really a problem for me since I kind of figured it out on the way, but I think it would've been better if there was a backstory to understand the events more clearly.

All in all, this was a great experience for me and I would recommend this if you want to read thriller-mystery dramas. Overall, I'll give it an 8/10. (^^)
