A gem taken to the moon and former partner of Ghost Quartz.
Lapis Lazuli had hoped to understand the Lunarians and, during a battle, was caught off guard while attempting to rationalize their behaviors. All but Lapis' head was taken to the moon. Their head is later given to Phos, who begins having dreams of Lapis Lazuli. Lapis continues to speak with Phos via dreams, acting as somewhat of a guide and influencing Phos' decisions.
