Chiyo Yumehara

A romantic and dreamy girl who easily falls in love with boys. She originally has a crush on Kusuo and tried her best to appeal to Kusuo. Kusuo in turn, reject her as hard as he can with her PSI powers. Kusuo even went as far as hooking her up with someone else but the relationship abruptly fail.


She later develop a crush on Kaidou after he save her from the unwanted attention of some guys at the beach.
