Резюме
Dumped by his girlfriend, emotionally shattered college student Kazuya Kinoshita attempts to appease the void in his heart through a rental girlfriend from a mobile app. At first, Chizuru Mizuhara seems to be the perfect girl with everything he could possibly ask for: great looks and a cute, caring personality.
Upon seeing mixed opinions on her profile after their first date, and still tormented by his previous relationship, Kazuya believes that Chizuru is just playing around with the hearts of men and leaves her a negative rating. Angry at her client's disrespect towards her, Chizuru reveals her true nature: sassy and temperamental, the complete opposite of Kazuya's first impression. At that very moment, Kazuya receives news of his grandmother's collapse and is forced to bring Chizuru along with him to the hospital.
Although it turns out to be nothing serious, his grandmother is ecstatic that Kazuya has finally found a serious girlfriend, which had always been her wish. Unable to tell her the truth, Kazuya and Chizuru are forced into a fake relationship—acting as if they are truly lovers.

Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
I honestly enjoy this manga a lot and can't wait for more chapters to be released!
To begin with, the character development is pretty strong in my opinion. Throughout the manga we start to have a better understanding of why the characters do what they do and they are who they are. While the premise of the manga is about renting girlfriends I would categorize it as a slice of life manga because of the bits of real life that are intertwined within the series. Do people get dumped in real life? Sure of course they do, do those people also rent a girlfriend? Not sure, but in the case of our protagonist that's what happened. Although he does pay for the companionship of the rent a girlfriend it becomes much more and gets explored quite thoroughly and that's what really made me attached to it. The main characters were fleshed out and while there are definitely some perverted scenes, I feel like it just added to the slice of life genre. Everyone has crushes on people and may imagine themselves with that person from time to time so that have that included in a more realistic way helped me really enjoy it. |
Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
Right now, I m not up to date but I've read more than half of the chapters so far. I love how each character has their own style and it's not very cringy. I feel like the situation is very understandable on what's happening on why everything is complicated. I'm mostly annoyed by one thing: Kazuya's relationship with Ruka. It was nice at first but I felt like they kept dragging it on. Maybe I need to read more to see what happens, but where Im at, Kazuya knows his feelings for Chizuru yet he still is holding onto her almost as a "just in
case it doesnt go well." It's just becoming an eyesore at this point with their relationship.

Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
After reading the first few chapters I decided to continue reading and after reading 155 chapters I feel like the writer is being dragged to elongate the story. I actually don't have a huge problem with the story overall but the mc is a big loser. Even after 155 chapters, he hasn't manned up. I thought he was gonna have some character development but he never did. During the "movie arc" it felt like he was growing but he wasn't. He's still the same crybaby of a MC that he was in the very 1st chapter. This manga had so much potential but it's going
down. I hope the mangaka gives it a proper ending and at least let the mc grow.

Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
This is my first review here, I hope it should be O.K.
At the beginning, the story is so simple, nothing special. A bit boring with main character, Kinoshita Kazuya. However, the storyline still keep some interest from me. Yeah, until the circumstance in the chapter xx. Unfortunately, the story line is not too hard to predict. I hope I could see more character development. ;) If you are looking for a good manga, this one is not bad to waste time to read. Story is the simple one, so 6 is fair. Art is not bad, although I dont like this style. Character is quite good, I see some development from them. 8 is fine. Enjoyment, be honestly I should give them 8.5 or more. Too early to judge. Overall is 7+ at this moment. |
Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
It's a fun story. Kazuya is a pathetic guy, I want to punch him in the face, but after 15 chapters, he becomes a pathetic guy who worthy to be MC. The story becomes more fun after Kazuya forgot about Mami, an ex-girlfriend who dumped him.
The art is good, the story is good, the characters not really 3-dimensional, but not without personality either. Some trope in this story handled very well, and there's a definitive progression in the story. About Ruka. Ruka could be the best girl in this story, but shame to the author to handled Ruka this way. Her motivation to love Kazuya is kinda shallow, and I hope Ruka can properly like Kazuya not just because of her heartbeats. On the other way, (it's kinda spoiler) the progression of Chizuru, when she began to love Kazuya, is really great. |
Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
This show is slow burn type of romance. Cliche'd, harem genre-ish events eventually lead to invaluable moments of character development that make you appreciate the time it took to get there. A word of warning though, it takes a really long time to get there. I was 35-ish chapters in and was still contemplating on dropping the series.
The main characters initially appear trope-ish and simple, but they do receive good development, albeit excruciatingly slowly. For example, the protagonist Kazuya is pretty much insufferable thoughout the earlier parts of the series but he eventually grows (he doesn't outgrow his lecherous habits though). Seeing the bonds and interactions deepen between the main characters is something I've enjoyed over time with this show. However, the side characters are by far the weakest part of this series. I feel the author either forgot to develop them, or introduced them to fill in a particular trope, which is sad as they are designed really well from an aesthetic aspect. Which leads to the art aspect of this show. It's by far one of the better romance's in terms of art. The panels in this manga flow beautifully, and the characters (only the heroines I guess) are stylish and drawn well. The fan service is top tier too, just enough to get you into the story. |
Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
I've read more than 100 chapters of this and i hate it, it has become more of a chore than an enjoyable reading experience but if i drop it now having read those 100 chapters would've been a complete waste of time, it's so boring, so much bs happens to keep the story going, the characters are so shallow and the mc doesn't get nearly enough character development as people want to make it seem, i don't care about how accurate it is to real life, i just care about the fact that it's like any other romcom, they try to make the series longer
with misunderstandings/drama and "shy" protags but its just annoying and unnerving, i just want to scream, it's so boring, so desperating and the characters are so boring, i don't even have a waifu/husbando they're all so boring, i just like mami-chan and the fandom hates her without actually analising her character or reading chapter 0, looks like the manga won't end any time soon, it has so much stuff to resolve and answer but the way they continue the story is so annoying. This will probably end up being recognized and kind of known but not really special or anyone's favorite 10/10 manga/anime.

Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
I personally like this manga, although its pretty annoying.
Story: Fine. Its enjoyable, it was a fun read from the start to the current chapter, and the misunderstanding was really funny sometimes, but it doesn't have much of a character development even if there's an event that will probably start a character development it always ended with nothing happened. I'll give it a 6 for the story. Art: Really good. The art is the most appealing element of this manga it was very clean and also it perfectly capture the scene perfectly and the screentones used was perfect for every scene. I'll give it 10 for the art. Character: Its not good, but its not bad either. But I hate most of the charaters. Just like what I said it doesn't have much character development and the mc is annoying he doesn't like to have a problem but he keeps doing something that will cause him problems. The main heroine at first she was serious type of girl that will do everything to fulfill her dreams and she was dependable while she's working, but as the story goes on she became stubborn and she doesn't want to face reality and it causes problem not only her but also in the characters around her, well she was still serious about her dreams but she can't do it in her own, But I become invested on the charaters. I'll give it 4 for the character. Enjoyment: 10. even though I hate most of the characters I enjoy it. And it has some moments that makes me feel sad and sometime it makes me laugh and its one of the manga that I read in a short period of time and I can say that I enjoy it. Overall: 8. I know others said it could be higher and other said it was lower than eight but its my personal opinion because I really enjoy it. |
Kanojo, Okarishimasu review
I found Kanojo, Okarishimasu, one day when I was scrolling through Manga rock looking for a new romance manga to read. After reading a few chapters, I was hooked. Mainly because it explored an idea in which I have not even thought before reading this manga. The idea of having a "rental girlfriend". Therefore when I began reading this manga, I found it quite interesting.
Likes: I quite liked the development of the main character's personality and his thoughts throughout the manga. In addition, I also quite like his "rental girlfriend"'s personality which is completely opposite to him, highlighting their specific traits and characteristics making it very enjoyable to read. The main characters simply acted as a foil for each other which I found the writer doing it very effectively. Dislikes: Although there are many good ideas and concepts in this manga, I sometimes found this manga's storyline to be very generic. This is mainly because of the generic and unoriginal side characters. Although the main characters are great, the side characters I find, lack development and unique characteristics thus making the manga to seem to lack originality. Conclusion: There is no doubt this is a good manga with an interesting concept/idea and a great main character development. However, it would be better with the side character's development being more emphasized and allowing them to have unique, never seen before, characteristics as right now the plot is leaning towards a quite cliche romance manga. Nevertheless, if you have spare time and looking for a good romance manga to read, I would recommend definitely. |
